In accordance with the advanced technology transferred by Continental Emsco Co. of America, we design and manufacture ZJ20/1350Z truck mounted drilling rig---the first Chinese made portable self-contained medium-sized drilling rig. The traveling carrier offers the excellent mobility.
The truck mounted drilling rig consists mainly of carrier, substructure, mud solids control system, NB550 mud pump packages (2 sets), and power system (including power supply, power distribution and light facility). Besides, it is equipped with an air compressor room(including 2 air compressors), raised water tank, oil tank, doghouse with heating system and high-efficiency fluorescent lamps.
The rig is also equipped with a telescoping mast fabricated with the custom-built angle steel and a 4.5m(15ft) high substructure. The mast is on the carrier when moving and raised to the upright position by using telescoping cylinders before drilling.
Being furnished with Caterpillar diesel engine and Allison transmissions, the rig features reliable transmissibility, longer service life and flexible transmission, wide gearshift range (5 forwards and 1 reverse) during hoisting.
The rig is also furnished with pneumatic and hydraulic control systems, hydraulic cathead, hydraulic kelly spinner and BJ hydraulic drill pipe spinner. The installation of automatic driller and 6-parameter instrument set will reduce the labour intensity and improve the drilling quality.
