The rig is equipped with the top drive drilling system (TDDS) instead of the rotary table and the kelly, the speed and the torque of the power swivel may be regulated in the stepless manner and the rig functions tripping-in and tripping out while drilling,largely improving the drilling technology.
The drill tools are handled by the hydraulic mechanical hand and made up or broken out by mechanized tools such as hydraulic tong, hydraulic casing tong, pneumatic slip, pneumatic elevator, reducing operating worker numberofthe drilling crew and lowering the labour intensity.
The mast is raised andlowered by the hydraulic cylinders and the tilting angle 90°～45°can be regulated. In addition, the mast is furnished with the railfor the power swivel.
The rig is also furnishedwith thedrilltoolpressure device to meet the technology requirements of drilling slant holes and horizontal wells.
The drawworks is driven by Caterpillar 3406 diesel engines via Allison CLBT-5861 transmissions, largely improving the rig hoisting characteristics.
The main body of the drilling rig mounted on the semi-trailer is furnished with the hydraulic folding pipe rack and the pneumatic pipe handling system one each, whereby promoting the rig mobility and meeting the requirements of drilling both slant or vertical wells and cluster wells.
