ZJ30/1700B series drilling rigs are designed for exploring and developing 2500m vertical wells and 2000m directional wells. They use joint drive of drawworks and rotary table, independent drive of mud pump, open-front mast and module mounted substructure. The drives between components are connected by cardan shafts, the power emergency set and high horsepower mud pumps are equipped. Therefore , they can meet the requirements of high pressure jetting drilling. Besides, They have many advantages such as convenient assembly and disassembly and large capacity for handling any accidents.
ZJ30/1700Bdrilling rig is equipped with a multicircle hydraulic transmission as the main drive that has many shifting functions including gear shift without interruption of power, manual shift, automatic shift and brake of trip in, Besides it has many advantages -Stepless variable drive, full power utilization, prompt drilling speed, long service life and flexible and convenient operation. The drilling rig has been put a clain for a state leveled patent.
ZJ30/1700B1 drilling rig is equipped with rail to meet the requirements of drilling cluster wells in oilfields.
ZJ30/1700B2, B3, B4, B5, B6 and B7 drilling rigs are also equipped with integral traction type substructures to meet the different demands and the integral moving.
The driving process of ZJ30/1700B drilling rig is that the power of PZ12V 190B diesel inputs the hydraulic transmission through the cardan shaft. The hydraulic transmission. through a torque converter and two couplings produces 3 forward and 1 reverse stepless variable drive and has the function of transferring separately the driving power to drive the rotary table and the drawworks through SWC225 cardan shaft and SWC290 cardan shaft.

The driving process of ZJ30/1700B1-7 drilling rigs is that the power of PZ8V190 diesel inputs the gear transmission (4F and 1R) through SWC225 cardan shaft and drives the rotary table and the drawworks respectirely through SWC 225 cardan shaft and SWC 290 cardan shaft after the driving power of the transfer case is transferred.
