ZJ40/2250LT drilling rig is a new type trailer-mouned rig equipment with the mechanical drive designed for oilfields situated at the plains. The drilling rig uses the hydraulic drive and chain compound project. Three PZ12V190B-3 diesels provide the power that is compounded by an one-piece china compound case after the torque is converted by YB900 torque converter. The chain compound case has three output shafts, of which, two output shafts drive two F-1300 mud pumps through one cardan shaft, one output shaft drives the drawworks mounted on 1.4m high rear floor through the other cardan shaft. The drawworks can shift through the full friction clutch and supply the power and the position to the rotary drive case and the catworks on the raised drill floor through the right angle transfer case on the top of the drawworks and the sloping cardan shaft. The rotary table has four forward speeds and two reverse speeds. The drilling rig uses the mode of high front-floor and low rear-floor. 6m high drill floor is arranged with rotary table assembly, rotary drive case, catworks, mechanized wellhead tools and side house. Three diesels are mounted on the wellsite foundation and the chain compound case is on the diesel set base. When moving, two mud pumps, one drawworks on the rear floor and one chain compound case are combined into a whole so as to move integrally; drawworks, water tank and front drill floor are combined into a whole to move integrally, thus greatly simplifying the installation procedure of the drilling rig.
The drilling rig can be moved separably. The complete drilling rig is modularized in design. The power between driving modules is conveyed by the cardan shaft. Besides, the installation is convenient , it is unnecessary to make straight strictly. The drilling rig is equipped with up-to-date 8-parameter instrument set, mechanized wellhead tools and open front mast that is assembled on the ground and raised to the upright position.
Integral driving module, drawworks and chain compound case have been granted the patent by the State.
