ZJ30/1700JD drilling rig is a new-type electric drive rig taking the AC asynchronous motor as the power source . It may be used to drill 3000m vertical wells or 2500m cluster directional wells especially in oilfields with the electricity network, it may also be used in oilfield without the electricity network provided a 700kW diesel generator set is equipped.
Principle and Features of Rig Structure:
The drilling rig is equipped with a 40m cantilever (A type) mast and a module mounted substructure of integral traction type that can be moved separably or integrally, The traveling-hook-elevator link system has two kinds of rope reeving structures: 4x5 and 5x6 , customers may choose either structure according to the well depth. The rope reeving is made clockwise.
It uses joint drive of drawworks and rotary table and independent drive of mud pumps, so that the main driving system has only two transported, units, thus making the assembly or disassembly convenient.
The AC asynchronous motor can drive the drawworks and the rotary table. The electric control system is simple in structure, reliable in operation and smooth in driving. The transmission with multi speed shifting can meet the requirements of drilling wells under various formation conditions. Because the drawworks is equipped with a hydraulic disc brake, the high braking torque and the uniform brake block wear are obtained and the remote control is realized, further reducing drillers labour intensity. Besides, the air-cooling electromagnetic eddy current brake is used as an auxiliary brake to absorb the trip-in energy of the drill stem and lessen the wear of the hydraulic disc brake. The drawworks is the open-type in structure, the chain compound case itself is fully closed in the driving mode.
The drilling rig uses mechanized wellhead tools after the mechanical cathead is cancelled to greatly promote the mechanized level of the drilling rig and reduce drilling workers lobour intensity .
Also, it is equipped with an emergency set. When the main motor or the driving system is out of order, the emergency motor is used to drive the drawworks or the rotary table at a low speed so as to prevent the rig from accident.
