ZJ30/1700DZ drilling rig is a new-type electric drive rig taking the DC motors as the power source. It may be used to drill 3000m vertical wells or 2500m cluster directional wells especially in oilfields with the electricity network, it may also be used in oilfields without the electricity city network provided 2 800kW diesel generator sets are equipped.
Principle and Features of Rig Structure:
The driving project of the drilling rig is that the power of the DC motor inputs the frequency converting case through the elastic pin coupling and drives the drum shaft and the rotary drive shaft respectively after changing the speed and transferring separately the power. The rotary drive shaft drives the rotary table through WX-870 cardan shaft. The driving system is divided into two units: drawworks and rotary table. The drawworks is equipped with DC motor, transmission, drum shaft, rotary drive shaft, hydraulic disc brake and frame. The transported units of the driving system are less, these two units are connected by WX-870 cardan shaft. Therefore, The transportation and the disassembly are convenient and prompt.
The drilling rig is advanced in performance: DC motor is taken as the power source to enable the rig to realize the stepless variable drive and the flexible driving, prolonging the service life of driving components and meeting the requirements of the modern drilling technology. In addition, it is equipped with a 40m A mast and a module mounted substructure of integral traction type, the substructure can move separably or integrally. The traveling-hook-elevator link system has two kinds of rope reeving structure : 4x5 and 5x6, customers may choose either structure according to the well depth. The rope reeving is made clockwise.
To reduce driller and drilling workers labour intensity and promote the drilling automation degree, the drilling rig is equipped with a hydraulic disc brake and some mechanized wellhead tools to realize the remote control. The drawworks is equipped with an emergency motor to greatly promote the capacity for handling any accidents.
